Nature not Related But Makes you Wonder!

This is not related to Nature directly, but it really is. How is Electricity produced ?
In many countries through water-driven rivers; hydro power generated or
through recycling of waste products to generate electricity.

Can you guess what this photo says, what the heck is it anyways ? Can anyone make a guess.
If you are the winner,
I will gladly add a link to your blog or website, that's all I promise for now.
The question again: What the heck this picture or photo ?

Why do leaves change colors ?

Have a look at this snap. Any thoughts on why leaves change their colors. Could the red one here on the photo will slowly be dead after giving such a beauty to the entire body of the tree ? bush ? are leaves like the arms of a tree ? lots of questions here, if you are just not serious enough to answer, would you please go somewhere else where there are no colors...

How to make birds come close to you?

I have spent a week trying to find out how to get birds come close to me so I could take his/her photo or perhaps shoot a video. Nothing seems to help. Someone told him, stick some fruits like Banana, orange, or even sing like birds. Wear Green shirts. Green Pants, mingle with the natural surroundings. Nothing works. Someone suggested that I create a Blind. I got the biggest box and put my whole body inside and looked outside through a tiny hole. It didn't work. So far, they do seem to like music, and food and water. I am experimenting scattering food on the ground at the exact time everyday and giving them water in a big bowl. Nothing is happening so far. Seems like a daunting task to get them close to you without the big lenses. Will wearing a black sun-glasses help ? Wish I could shrink to the size of a bird - I need their photos so bad!!

I tried this and so far I have only made them sing but not come closer. Recorded birds sound using cellphone. Then I played it in "Repeat" mode. Birds seem to go wild now, fly around, sometime in circle motion. Any bird master drooping some thoughts would make my heart sing. And anyone telling me to head for a zoo will make my heart cry... I want live, active, real, natural photos of birds that are in the wild and I want to get them in my camera or video without lavish lenses, etc... Anyone Here with ideas?

If you are interested, here is what is happening so far. See the video below...

Pollens Make you Sick!

Pollens from pine trees can make you sick.
But what if you wanted to take photos during the pollen season ?
Just wear some mask and go for it.

The following image was taken when you could
shake a tree and a cloud of smoke would come out - the pollens....

Sailendra Joshi, one of my friend joins me in the forest. First I was alone in the jungle.
Then I started hearing noises. At one time, a small rock almost hit me.
It was from him! Here is my friend Joshi.

That's all for the day! Enjoy life!

Pine Trees - Among the Best Oxygen Factories

I have yet to learn about Pine Trees, but I do have a few things to share with you here..

  • Cones look like they are upside down of ice cream cones
  • They are among the best trees that produce high amount of oxygen
  • Can pass through winter without any damage
  • If you happen to pass through them during spring time, their pollen can make you sick but you won't die from it.
  • Forest planting is one of the most easy and cost effective way to reduce CO2 (Carbon Dioxide, try planting a pine tree in your backyard.)
  • In the United States, Pine Trees are considered the "Oxygen Factory" for it's Southern Region, producing more oxygen than any other tree.
Teach me something about this tree that has drawn my attention.
Here is my photo of the day for you to enjoy.
Please don't use this photos on your website,
they did not come to me,
I had to spend days going into the jungle and spending my time.
If you want use this photo, just mention the source.
Also if you need large size photos of pine trees with all sorts of features, let me know. I have about 2,000 good size photos of pine trees.

Have an ice-cream cone, right now!

"you don't have to know anything
to love nature,
It loves you all the time,
just get closer to it!" - This one is by me!

Sun and The Sproutes

I don't call myself to be a professional photographer. I hold a cheap camera that does not really get bad pictures. So sometimes I look at objects and capture moments to see later.
If you were to call me a photographer, it would also be a complete joke.

But the term "Photography" has already entered into my life.
I am spending a few hours everyday learning about the stuff and one thing gets on the way - money!

A professional photographer does not do it with a cheap camera or camcorders (if he or she will be doing film and animation. Professional Photographer needs MONEY, and a camera with the longest possible nose. I guess, small digital cameras with shorter noses could do the trick. I still can't afford that either. So learning won't be fun without the real thing, but hay, enjoying what you love ain't a bad thing!

So, there you saw lousy photo,
but i love it though.

(Nose = Lens)

Nice or Funny Photo of the Day

I have Cap On! Do you ?

I put my cap on a tree and took this picture.

Did not notice that the my cell phone's case was covering some parts of the lens - that's what that black spot is around the photo.

The picture is presented to you as it was taken without using any image enhancement stuffs ---- i hate`um!

The clouds just happen to be there, i love them, do you ?

And how cool is that my cap for a tree that is now ready for summer here in the United States!

As always, i keep telling you : Love Nature! - It's powerful. But today while i was walking slowly in the jungle, I spotted a snake!!! *!&!@#*!@#* I was terrified. I guess I need to buy long boots and some kind of clothes so i can go further into the jungle.

I am really terrified today! but do I love nature! Is that what's gonna kill me someday ? I hope not! The snake was green, baby one that is. It was on a small tree about 1 ft from the ground, it's color was green seemingly blending with the tree and surrounding areas. As I was about to take its photo, I guess it noticed my presence, it jumped off and ran in the opposite direction--- thank goodness!! I hope to see him/her again and his/her photo - it was baby green snake.
